• Create and manage your account
• Process payments for subscriptions
• Communicate with you about account updates, promotions, and platform changes
• Improve the platform and services through usage metrics

We may also use your email address for marketing purposes, but you can opt-out at any time.

3. Third-Party Services

• Stripe:

  We use Stripe for payment processing, which may collect personal and payment information in accordance with their privacy policy.

• Google Login:

  If you choose to sign in using Google, we receive your email address and basic profile information from Google in accordance with their privacy policy. This is used solely for authentication purposes.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, or until you request account deletion. You can delete your account directly within the application by clicking your avatar in the top right corner at play.realmvtt.com to open the Settings modal, where you will find the option to delete your account.

5. User Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To request a copy of your data or request its deletion, please email support@realmvtt.com.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies solely for login functionality. We do not use cookies to track personal browsing activity. We collect anonymous usage data to improve the platform, but no personally identifiable information is collected through these metrics.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your data using encryption and other security measures. We offer Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) through Google Authenticator to secure your account. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. GDPR and Data Rights

You can delete your account and all associated personal data directly within the application. After logging in at play.realmvtt.com, click your avatar in the top right corner to open the Settings modal, where you will find the option to delete your account. This action permanently removes all personal data tied to your account.

If you wish to obtain a backup of your data before deletion, you must first contact support@realmvtt.com to request a data export.

For any other GDPR requests (access, portability, etc.), contact us at support@realmvtt.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
